  • Sent today: Number of review requests sent today.
  • Sent in the last 7 days: Total requests sent in the past week.
  • Sent in the last 30 days: Requests sent in the past month.
  • Total sent: All review requests sent since you started using the tool.

Usage modes: manual and automatic

Individual review request

  1. Find the specific order in your orders list.
  2. Click the airplane icon in the “Manage” column.
  3. The status will automatically change to “Review Requested.”

Bulk review request

  1. Select the desired orders using the checkboxes.
  2. Click the “Request reviews in bulk” button.
  3. A request will be sent simultaneously for all selected orders.

Automatic review request

  1. Click the “Automatic review request” button.
  2. Enable automatic requests in the popup for each linked Amazon account.
  3. SellerMagnet will automatically send requests for all eligible orders, greatly simplifying management.

Customization of automatic campaigns

  • Select the Amazon seller accounts for which to enable automatic requests.
  • Define the specific time when review request emails will be sent.
  • Automatically exclude returned orders from requests to reduce negative reviews.
  • Optionally exclude specific products from automatic campaigns.
