3. Add Purchase Batches and Product Prices in the Popup

In the displayed popup, you can enter all relevant information about the purchase batch. Here’s an explanation of each field:
  • Batch Name: Enter a name for the batch, e.g., 'April Batch' or 'First Delivery'.
  • Total Units: The total number of units purchased in this batch.
  • Unit Net Cost: The net purchase price per unit.
  • Unit Tax Cost: The tax per unit.
  • Unit Shipping Cost: The shipping cost per unit.
  • Unit Payment Fee: The transaction cost per unit.
  • Unit Customs Cost: Any customs costs per unit.
  • Unit Additional Cost: Any additional costs per unit.
  • Arrival Date: The date the batch arrived in the warehouse.
  • Currency: Select the currency in which the prices are listed, e.g., Euro (€ - EUR).

4. Click 'Create' and Save Product Prices

After entering all information, click 'Create'. The purchase prices and inventory information are now saved for future orders of this product.

Tip: Fixed Purchase Price for All Orders

If you don’t want to create separate purchase batches for a product but instead set a fixed purchase price for all orders of this product, simply create a batch with 99999 units. This way, this purchase price will be used for all future orders of this product.
